Sleeping Cutie

Cutie LaRue is practically the perfect child. Adorable. Sweet as cream. She conscientiously cleans her plate, meticulously puts her socks away, and is consistently careful to brush her teeth three times a day. There's only one problem: bedtime. She's never tired and she won't go to sleep, opting instead for blazing tantrums. A new toy named Night Owl is supposed to help, but it's a disappointment until her parents are asleep. The elegantly top-hatted and tuxedoed bird then comes alive and escorts her to the Dreamland Nightclub, where they party with Cutie's other dolls and Cutie tapdances, hammers on the drums, and plays a mean jazz piano until she falls asleep.
